How does Pet Light Therapy Device Leading Manufacturer control the defective rate but deliver each order in time?
We always carry out strict inspections of each production process, including raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, and packaging.
Raw Materials: Before raw materials enter our warehouse, quality inspectors will check the quantity, specification, appearance design, color, size, printing information, etc. As long as all details get through, they will be approved for storage. Otherwise, it will be returned to the raw material supplier for immediate replacement and catch up the delivery time.
Semi-finished goods: When the PCB board and components are welded, quality inspectors will conduct a full inspection, check all LEDs’ working condition, output power and voltage are within the normal error range. Checking rechargeable battery’s duration time, screen display, functional operation and so on. For low level/ cold laser therapy products, the error of output power will be controlled 5%-8%. And the error of output power will be 10%-20% for LED light therapy products.
Finished products: All finished products must be inspected for appearance, at least 72 hours aging test, high and low temperature test, 3M test, drop test, etc. After all the tests are passed, quality inspectors will issue a qualified inspection report. The finished product will be cleaned and disinfected before packaging. At last, all goods will go directly to the clean warehouse and wait for shipment.
For defective products in the production process, quality inspectors will carefully check the defective reasons, present the problems at the weekly management meeting, and have to give a reliable solution lest it happens again.
For after-sales service, if it appears to be any quality problem in 1 year, we will provide spare parts or devices freely for exchange, and check the reasons to give solutions.
